Ingredients Of Multigrain Sev Puri

  • 10 Pieces Papdis
  • 40 Gram Agra sev
  • 1 Medium Potato
  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 Gram Beans sprout
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 10 Gram Coriander
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Mint sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tamarind sauce





















How to Make Multigrain Sev Puri

  • Arrange the papdi on a plate top it up with boiled potatoes.
  • Add chopped onion tomatoes and coriander,green chilly with muddled avocado.
  • Arrange the avocado mixture on top of potatoes.
  • Place spiced beans sprout on avocado mixture.
  • Drizzle mint and tamarind chutney on spiced beans sprout.
  • Garnish with agra sev and dried cranberries.
