Ingredients Of Multigrain Sev Puri
- 10 Pieces Papdis
- 40 Gram Agra sev
- 1 Medium Potato
- 1 Avocado
- 50 Gram Beans sprout
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 10 Gram Coriander
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 Tbsp Mint sauce
- 1 Tbsp Tamarind sauce
How to Make Multigrain Sev Puri
- Arrange the papdi on a plate top it up with boiled potatoes.
- Add chopped onion tomatoes and coriander,green chilly with muddled avocado.
- Arrange the avocado mixture on top of potatoes.
- Place spiced beans sprout on avocado mixture.
- Drizzle mint and tamarind chutney on spiced beans sprout.
- Garnish with agra sev and dried cranberries.
